Carmel Chapter of FBLA

The Carmel Chapter of FBLA has raised over $5000 this year through our fundraisers!
  • The Carmel Chapter participates in several fundraisers throughout the year
  • The money that is raised is used to cover our monthly expenses and to defer the cost of the trip to Rochester for the Spring Leadership Conference
  • If it were not for our devoted members, none of the fundraisers would be possiblethanks everyone!
  • The fundraisers our Chapter did this past year are included in the links below. Click one to find out more about that fundraiser!

Annual Fall Car Wash
On Saturday, September 25, 1999, from 10 AM to 2 PM, the Carmel Chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America held their annual Fall Car Wash. Over 40 members came to help wash over 100 cars. From their efforts, members helped to raise a net total of $519.75 for the club. In addition to being a good lesson in economics, the car wash was a lot of fun for everyone.

Annual Candy Sale
In the month of October, the Carmel Chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America held their annual Candy Sale. A total of 74 members were issued one box to sell, and many went above and beyond the call of duty and sold up to 14 boxes. The expertise in selling that each of the Carmel members exhibited, helped sell over 100 boxes of candy for a net profit of $4025.62. Different selling techniques used by members will be helpful in their future endeavors.
