MINUTES OF MEETING OF
THE CARMEL CHAPTER OF FBLA

The regular meeting of the officers of the Carmel Chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America was held at the Carmel High School on Friday, November 5, 1999. The meeting was called to order at 3:00pm by President Nao Valentino; Recording Secretary Phil Gold, was present.

Attendance is listed below.

The secretary read the officer meeting minutes from October 20, 1999. The minutes were adopted as read by unanimous consent.

An announcement was made to the officer team, that the District III Volyball a thon will be postponed to the 21st of November.

Joe Remy motioned to reconsider the motion to retract all involvement in the District III Vollybally a thon. The motion was adopted. The Carmel Chapter of FBLA will participate in the district event.

Mr. Brooks reminded the officers that they have $84 to donate at their will and should decide where it needs to go.

Phil Gold motioned to donate $25 to the March of Dimes and the remainder of the collection to the Ronald McDonald House.

All officers were reminded of their respective responsibilities for the following week. All officers are required to attend all chapter activities. The officer team must set a very active and positive example for the other members.

Phil Gold motioned to adjourn. The motion was adopted.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:20pm
