MINUTES OF MEETING OF
THE CARMEL CHAPTER OF FBLA

The regular meeting of the officers of the Carmel Chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America was held at the Carmel High School on Monday, September 13, 1999. The meeting was called to order at 2:02pm by President Nao Valentino; Recording Secretary Phil Gold, was present.

Attendance is listed below.

Chris Dieck motioned to dispense with the reading of the minutes. The motion was adopted.

Christine Lazzari motioned to have a welcome back breakfast for the teachers. After brief discussion, the motion was adopted.

Phil Gold motioned to refer this matter to a committee of one to be appointed by the chair. The motion was adopted. Madame President appointed Faith Archer to the committee.

Christine Lazzari motioned to table the discussion of what new community service activity to add to our agenda. The motion was adopted.

Chapter Project leaders gave presentations to the group on the status of their respective projects.

The officer team went over the new Chapter of the Year competitive event guidelines.

Mr. Brooks made a quick announcement about the Fall District Meeting.

Officers were reminded of the upcoming carwash and vink drive clean-up events.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:15pm
